Modern Equipment
Hot water extraction (sometimes called steam cleaning) is proven to deep clean in even heavily soiled carpets and upholstery items. This can only be accomplished using state-of-the-art, specialized, truck-mounted equipment which Servco swears by.
Using aerosol foam sprays yourself will also not be able to adequately deep clean a carpet as it is only capable of cleaning the carpet surface and cannot penetrate through the lower layers.
